Luxury Villa Vega is a 4 bedroom Villa with Private Pool located in the north part of Paros in Santa Maria, an ideal vacation spot, which is one of the most select areas in Paros.
It is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful and famous Santa Maria beach. Moreover, it is only a few minutes drive away from the picturesque village of Naousa by car.
Luxury Villa Vega is a property of 172 m2 situated in a 4200 m2 gated plot of land including a 12m x 4,5m sized swimming pool which is exclusively for the private use of the guests of the villa.
There is another independent villa at a lower level in the plot, which is solely used by the owners of Villa Vega who, should guests wish, are available for any information during or prior to their stay.
The lay-out of the two villas, each with their own entrance, ensures the privacy of Villa Vega’s guests not only at the villa but at the swimming pool area too.
The property is surrounded by olive trees, local plants and aromatic herbs. The villa offers panoramic views of Naxos and Filizi islands. It combines both tranquility for a relaxing vacation when needed and the opportunity to be in the heart of Naousa’s entertainment within a few minutes.
Cycladic architecture and minimal designs combine with cool tones of white and grey creating an ambient atmosphere for the guests.
Luxury Villa Vega consists of 2 floors:
On the ground floor, there is a living and dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom. There is also a service room equipped with a washing and a drying machine. As for the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms with large queen-sized beds and sea views and one with twin beds. All three bedrooms share a pergola covered large veranda/sitting area.
The villa’s exterior space blends harmonically with its environment. There is a pergola shaded dining area with a marble table for 8 people and sea view, overlooking the pool,where guests can enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinn

It consists of 5 bedrooms, the Master bedroom is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and a Wonderful Seaview from the terrace. At the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen with dining table and a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. And there are two Veranda doors that you are going to the Pool area and the Barbeque. At the lower level there are two bedrooms (perfect for kids because you have to pass through the first one to enter or exit the second one, so you can have more control with privacy touches) and a bathroom. Fantastic villa in a fantastic location !
Everything was great, from meet &greet to cleanliness and the friendly staff .
Imagine that they have a cleaning lady coming every day, changing the beach towels and sheets.
In the whole villa. The wiew is stunning, also the wiew from the pool .
Last but not least, is John, the ‘keeper of the keys’ , who’s’Master of Paros’ and can help you with a lot of stuff ! He s the most dedicated concierge i’ve met!

Our group of 15 recently rented 2 villas - the Astro and the Phoenix from ALL PAROS VILLAS. We have just returned from two glorious weeks at Villa Delphinus, Paros. The Villa was gorgeous, the view over Parikia and the ocean to die for, and more importantly the hospitality from John at AllParos Villas unsurpassed. From the moment we made our reservation, nothing was too much trouble for John, he assisted with transfers, car hire, he even made us a meal! The Astrea Luxury Villa is built according to a traditional Cycladic village, on the highest spot of a hill overlooking the Paros Port, offering a unique and breathtaking views of the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea and the “Portes reefs”, the famous landmark of Paros island.

In terms of the layout, the Estate consists of four independent accommodation units (cubes) the first of which has two en suite master bedrooms, one restroom, a kitchen, a living room and a dinning room. Each of the remaining three small units is equipped with an en suite master bedroom and a living room.
