The villa is situated on Piso Livadi Paros. It is 530 sq. meters building surrounded with trees and plants Urban Style.

An autonomous residence of 80 sq. meters with garden view , 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom , one loft for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with high-tech electrical appliances and a living room with dinning area. Out-door dinning table and a sofa with 2 small coffee tables .
At the same level there is an indoor private parking , a gym room and an autonomous room for the housekeeper . Also from this level through the parking there is an elevator that stops on the 1st and 2nd floor .
1ST FLOOR
Big living room , Dinning room , fully equipped Kitchen with high-tech electrical appliances , Kitchen “Island” for cooking attached by a table-bench for 4 persons , WC . A big terrace with sea view , private pool , outdoor living room and dinning table , pilow chairs and sun beds .
2ND FLOOR
3 Bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms ( 1 bathdub – 2 showers ) , big modern wardrobs for each room , common terrace for the 3 bedrooms with sea view , chairs and coffee table.
