Luxury Villa Phoenix is a 4 bedroom villa with Private Pool located in the south west part of the island of Paros, very close to the villages of Aliki and Ageria and the beautiful beaches.
Enjoy quiet and relaxing holidays away from it all but only 2 km from all services, restaurants, bars and beaches.
The Villa has 3 floors, on the ground floor where the main entrance is you can find the Living room, the Kitchen and one Bedroom with a bathroom next to it. On the first floor is the Master Bedroom with ensuite Bathroom and toilet, a balcony and a veranda with amazing view. At the lower level there are two bedrooms (perfect for kids because you have to pass through the first one to enter or exit the second one, so you can have more control with privacy touches) and a bathroom. A terrace with sea view, private pool, outdoor living room, dining table and sun beds. There is one twin Villa next to yours (Luxury Villa Astro) that can host 10 more Guests. We KINDLY REMIND YOU THAT YOU WILL NEED A CAR to drive around and get to the Villa.

Daily Maid Service by the housekeeper. (The Lady for the cleaning will be exclusively for the service of the residence and not for the Guests)

Amazing villa with great seaview
Amazing villa, very recently built with all brand new commodities (AC, kitchen, bathrooms and furniture are all brand new). Ideal for family vacations or between friends). Location is just great, very quiet with wonderful views over Antiparos and the sea. Nearest town Alyki is great, with lots of wonderful taverns on a traditionnal port, busy but not overcrowded as in Naoussa or Parikia.
Last but not least, Yannis, our host, was just super friendly, welcomed us very efficiently and was very keen to assist in any ways we needed : tavern recommendations, nice beaches, places to visit, boat rental etc. A wonderful 2 week stay for us in a Paros area we did not know very well but turned out to be a fantastic discovery.

The place and service was spectacular. The views and accommodation was 1st Class+++.
